Emotional Cities is a participatory light installation and web project. You can register how you feel according to a colour-coded ”emotional index” on this
website. A median value of all incoming answers is continuously calculated, and the colour that represents the actual collective emotions of Belgrade is projected on Palace Albania. For seven weeks the building becomes a thermometer for the feelings of the city.
